Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Talent Sourcer to proactively source and engage candidates for high-volume field-based roles across multiple markets. The role emphasizes building strong pipelines with emphasis on skilled trades, technical, and entry-to-mid level positions.

You will utilize diverse sourcing channels, partner with the Recruit team, and develop strategies to create consistent candidate pipelines nationwide. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in high-volume or field-based environments.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM/ATS.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively source and engage candidates for high-volume and field-based roles across multiple markets
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent, with an emphasis on skilled trades, technical, and entry-to-mid level positions
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, community outreach, and local market research
• Partner closely with the Recruit team to understand hiring needs across different functions and regions
• Support partnerships with trade schools, technical programs, and community organizations to create consistent candidate pipelines
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to new and emerging markets
• Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and qualification to assess fit and interest
• Track candidate activity and pipeline health within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and/or CRM
• Leverage data and market insights to refine sourcing strategies and improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the sourcing process

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Corporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069
• This position operates out of a temperature-controlled office environment
• This position may be required to use standard office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, etc.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• 2-5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a high-volume or field-based environment
• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM/ATS systems)
• Previous experience within a construction environment strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

The starting pay for this position is $72,000.00 and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
