Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Talent Sourcer to proactively source candidates for high-volume and field-based roles nationwide. You will build pipelines across trades, technical, and entry-to-mid level positions, using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and local market research, while partnering with the Recruit team to align with hiring needs.

Strong communication, data-driven sourcing, and the ability to travel nationwide are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably high-volume or field-based
• Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM/ATS)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage candidates for high-volume and field-based roles across multiple markets
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent with emphasis on skilled trades, technical, and entry-to-mid level positions
• Utilize sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, community outreach, and local market research
• Partner with Recruit team to understand hiring needs across functions and regions
• Support partnerships with trade schools and community organizations to create pipelines
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for new and emerging markets
• Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and qualification
• Track candidate activity and pipeline health in ATS/CRM
• Leverage data/market insights to refine strategies and improve efficiency
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the process

Position Overview

Roles And Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage candidates for high-volume and field-based roles across multiple markets
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent, with an emphasis on skilled trades, technical, and entry-to-mid level positions
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, community outreach, and local market research
• Partner closely with the Recruit team to understand hiring needs across different functions and regions
• Support partnerships with trade schools, technical programs, and community organizations to create consistent candidate pipelines
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to new and emerging markets
• Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and qualification to assess fit and interest
• Track candidate activity and pipeline health within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and/or CRM
• Leverage data and market insights to refine sourcing strategies and improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the sourcing process

Work Environment

• Corporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069
• This position operates out of a temperature-controlled office environment
• This position may be required to use standard office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, etc.

Experience And Education

• 2-5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a high-volume or field-based environment
• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM/ATS systems)
• Previous experience within a construction environment strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

The starting pay for this position is $72,000.00 and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
