Engineering Economics, Inc. (EEI) is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical support, onboarding, and asset management for a growing, employee-owned organization based in Lakewood, Colorado.
The role requires experience as the sole IT support specialist in a hyper-growth environment and a strong service mindset. You will manage Windows and Microsoft 365, handle user accounts, endpoint devices, and security practices, coordinate with vendors, and maintain documentation.

As the IT Support Specialist, you provide frontline technical support for team members and help ensure every employee has the technology, access, and resources needed to be productive from day one. We are looking for someone who has experience working as the sole IT Support Specialist to meet the needs of our growing company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting people, staying organized, and creating a consistent technology experience across the organization.
This role supports a reliable employee technology experience by coordinating IT onboarding, providing help desk and desktop support, preparing equipment, maintaining systems and asset records, and partnering with HR, business leaders, external vendors, and the IT Manager.
Salary Range: $71,000-$95,000 / year
The above salary range is based on the Denver, Colorado labor market and subject to change based on location.
This position is open to local, hybrid candidates in Lakewood, CO.
Typical Travel: Minimal: 0%–10%
Work Environment: Typical office environment.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, work on a computer, and occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.

Partners with: Internal team members, IT Manager, CIO, CFO, leadership, new hires, technology vendors, and support partners.
