Job summary

Vinart is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to partner with management on talent management, recruitment, and onboarding. The role supports the owner on special projects and maintains relationships with community partners.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm on-site in Emmaus, PA, with duties including posting jobs, managing social media recruiting, background checks, and interviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in HR management or administration preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Post openings in ADP Recruiting Tool for all Vinart locations.
• Manage social media recruitment.
• Run background checks and MVRs.
• Engage with vocational schools and community partners; attend career fairs.
• Schedule and conduct interviews.

Vinart is a franchised new and used car dealership group consisting of the Acura, Honda, and Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche automobile brands. In addition to our new car franchises, we also operate one pre-owned vehicle dealership and a full-service vehicle reconditioning center.

Position Summary: The HR Specialist will serve as a partner for management in all aspects of talent management, recruitment, and onboarding.The HR Specialist will also support the owner in special projects. Responsibilities include:

Minimum requirements consist of a high school diploma or GED coupled with at least one year of experience in a similar role. A bachelor's or associate degree in human resource management or administration is preferred.
