Job summary

Vinart Auto Group in Emmaus, PA is seeking a detail‑oriented Human Resources Specialist to partner with management on talent management, recruitment, and onboarding. The role also supports the owner on special projects, with a Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm on‑site schedule.

Responsibilities include posting openings in ADP Recruiting Tool for all Vinart locations, managing social media recruitment, running background checks and MVRs, building school partnerships, attending career fairs, and scheduling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Bachelor\'s or associate degree in HR management or administration preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Vinart is a franchised new and used car dealership group consisting of the Acura, Honda, and Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche automobile brands. In addition to our new car franchises, we also operate one pre-owned vehicle dealership and a full-service vehicle reconditioning center.

Position Summary: The HR Specialist will serve as a partner for management in all aspects of talent management, recruitment, and onboarding.The HR Specialist will also support the owner in special projects. Responsibilities include:
