Corewell Health is seeking an Organizational Development professional to support the development and execution of OD services, processes, and solutions across the organization. You will collaborate with HR partners and leaders to align strategies with priorities and drive high performing teams.
The role includes coaching, facilitation, team development, and workforce interventions, with opportunities to specialize in multiple OD subject areas as the organization evolves.
Individual in this position is responsible for supporting the development and execution of key organizational development services, process, and solutions for Corewell Health. Provides a range of consultation services to leaders and HR Business Partners/Generalists on the development and implementation of key strategies, programs, and processes for creating and sustaining a high performing organization. Works in collaboration with other OD team members at the organization, department, team, and individual levels to ensure business priorities, workforce/talent planning, mobility, team effectiveness/development, performance management, succession planning, leadership coaching, organizational design, and change management processes inform and support each other to foster strategic alignment and improved organizational performance. While the position affords the opportunity to be a generalist across Organizational Development subject matter areas, individuals in this position may begin to build specialization in any one or multiple subject matter areas.
