JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Vice President in Talent Processes & Insights to design, deliver, and scale future talent management capabilities.

You will partner across Human Resources, Product, Technology, and Data & Analytics to enable better talent and workforce decisions and executive-ready insights. You will drive enterprise talent reviews, succession planning, governance, and talent intelligence, while shaping digital-first solutions and executive communication to advance the firm’s talent

Qualifications

  • 6 years of experience in talent management, HR business advisory, workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, consulting, and/or people analytics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and data into clear, actionable recommendations and executive-ready presentations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive workstreams end-to-end.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership skills.

Responsibilities

As a Vice President within Talent Processes & Insights, you will help design, deliver, and scale the firm’s future talent management capabilities. Partnering across Human Resources, Product, Technology, and Data & Analytics, you will shape and implement talent strategies, processes, insights, and digital-first solutions that enable better talent and workforce decisions. This role blends talent management expertise with strategic problem-solving, executive communication, and program execution to advance the firm’s talent strategy and future-state talent management vision.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the design and delivery of enterprise talent management capabilities, including talent reviews, succession planning, talent assessments and talent insights.
  • Support the implementation of talent strategies, frameworks, governance and operating models.
