ID is a leading independent full-service communications agency with offices in Los Angeles and New York. The Talent Assistant, Public Relations role is a full-time, on-site position based in New York, NY, supporting publicists and account teams in day-to-day talent PR activities.

You will draft and distribute press materials, maintain media lists, track coverage, coordinate interviews, manage schedules and call sheets, and liaise with talent teams to ensure smooth communication across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in PR, talent representation, or entertainment media is beneficial.
• Ability to draft and format press releases and other materials with brand voice.
• Strong organization and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
