Job summary

Saatchi US is seeking a Talent Payment Manager to join our Business Affairs team. This entry-level, full-time role focuses on estimating, managing, processing, and tracking session and residual talent payments for branded content productions.

You will collaborate across agency disciplines and external partners, maintain budgets, track usage and expirations, and help ensure timely payments and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in advertising, production, or media industries preferred.
• Agency background and SAG-AFTRA contract knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous data handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset with financial aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and approve talent session contracts and residual estimates.
• Process and reconcile all session and residual payments and invoices.
• Maintain tracking documents including Completion Reports and music rights.
• Monitor usage, holding fees, and maximum use periods for timely payments.
• Provide renewal cost estimates and notify accounts of expirations.
• Track Talent & R&R jobs for overage/underage and report findings.
• Inform accounts when jobs can be closed for final billing.
