Job summary

Invoca is seeking a Talent Partner who hunts for great people, builds pipelines before roles open, and raises the bar with every hire. You’ll shape talent strategy by partnering with leaders across Go-to-Market, Engineering and Product to move searches swiftly and thoughtfully.

You’ll own end-to-end requisitions, collaborate with hiring managers, and help Invoca scale while maintaining a strong candidate experience and data-driven processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a tech company.
• Proven track record of proactive sourcing and building pipelines of passive talent.
• Experience hiring across go-to-market (Sales, Marketing, CS) and technical (Engineering, Product, AI) roles.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn and other tools, building relationships long before a req opens.
• Own requisition management end-to-end across Go-to-Market and technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role context, move interviews quickly, and keep candidates engaged.
