Job summary

ABB Inc. in the United States is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition professional to partner with hiring managers and HR leaders across the US. You will own full-cycle recruitment, craft sourcing strategies, and drive a positive candidate experience.

You’ll coordinate with global stakeholders, utilize Workday, and align recruiting activities with business goals. This hybrid role is based in Cary, NC or Houston, TX, with a mix of in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting including job briefs, sourcing plans, outreach and closing; Workday preferred.
• Proven success with digital and social media sourcing; strategic business alignment.
• Ability to network with senior leaders across cultures and functions.
• Must have work authorization to work in the US.

The work model for the role is hybrid (#Li-Hybrid) in Cary, NC or Houston, TX

Your role and responsibilities:

• Partner with the hiring managers and HR leaders to develop recruitment strategies aligned with workforce needs and business objectives.
• Source and attract top talent through internal mobility programs, external channels, and targeted sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, communication, and interview coordination.
• Maintain ATS data integrity, track recruitment metrics, and deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience from requisition through onboarding.

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor's or master's degree with at 5+ years' of experience (professional Talent Acquisition experience in a high performing global organization, or an RPO (or similar) company preferred)
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting including job brief, developing sourcing/marketing plan, candidate outreach and development, offer and close; Workday experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media; strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of business drivers and Talent Acquisition and Advancement trends within the US.
• Prior experience working across cultures and with multi-function stakeholders.
• Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders globally; exceptional communication skills, strong customer service orientation with proven consulting and influencing skills.
• Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
