Job summary

This role serves as a key liaison among students, universities, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to attract, engage, and develop emerging talent.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement after a training period, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field is required or four years of related experience may suffice.
• Minimum two years of recruiting or university relations experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain university partnerships and nurture relationships with faculty and student groups.
• Coordinate and attend university recruiting events, campus programs, and career fairs.
• Manage talent pipelines and CRM campaigns for internships and entry-level roles.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interview scheduling, and support hiring managers throughout the process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus outreach programs.
• Track outcomes and report on partnerships, events, and recruiting effectiveness.
