Job summary

Wesley Woods Senior Living in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Talent & Outreach Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding administration, and talent outreach across all Wesley Woods communities. You will handle requisitions, sourcing, interview coordination, and salary calculations within established guidelines.

You will collaborate with Marketing on employer branding, support DEIB-aligned outreach, and ensure compliant candidate and new hire experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; 3+ years in recruitment/Human Resources preferred.
• Healthcare or senior living recruiting experience a plus.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer.
• Coordinate sourcing, screening, and interview processes.
• Manage salary calculations within pay guidelines and prepare offers.
• Coordinate onboarding systems and new hire setup in Paycom.
• Verify certifications and licenses for new hires.
• Support volunteer recruitment and community outreach initiatives.
• Generate recruiting reports and ensure data accuracy.
