Science is a clinical stage, vertically integrated technology company focused on neuroscience. We are seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to join the Talent team and own candidate coordination and full-cycle recruitment support.

This role, onsite in Alameda, maintains data integrity in our ATS and supports interview processes. You will collaborate with teams, optimize processes, and contribute to employee engagement and culture while staying aware of industry trends.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Operations Specialist to join our Talent team and support the recruiting and general operations of Science. This Specialist will own candidate coordination (scheduling, travel, communication) and be trained across full-cycle recruitment to support our ongoing hiring. This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry defining organization and grow with Science as we advance the capabilities of BCI.

Role Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with functional teams and leadership to learn Science teams’ technical requirements and to understand the hiring needs and priorities
• Optimize recruiting coordination processes and implement best practices
• Support day-to-day operations for Talent; including candidate communication and follow up, onsite interview support, and data integrity of our ATS
• Support ongoing recruitment through sourcing, candidate management, and offers
• Be keenly aware of industry trends and competitive landscape, recommending involvement in relevant tech communities
• Support company functions and team events to further expand employee engagement and build company culture

Key Qualifications:

• Ability to be onsite daily in Alameda, CA
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective systems
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently with limited supervision
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience experience in operations, organization, or talent functions
• Start up experience; bonus if in deep tech or biotech
• Experience building automation with AI
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI for sourcing, and ATS platforms

For individuals hired to work in California, Science Corporation is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 – $120,000 + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please keep in mind that the equity portion of the offer is not included in these numbers.
