Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Talent Operations. This remote, East Coast–aligned role supports Talent and Performance Programs, handles high-volume scheduling, and maintains HRIS/ATS records to keep our highest-priority initiatives moving.

The position reports to the Senior Director, Talent and Performance. It is remote with Eastern Time working hours and occasional travel to Voyager sites (up to 10%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 10+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator with proven experience managing complex projects, scheduling and calendars.
• Experience creating employee-facing communications, training content, or process documentation with strong written communication skills.
• Experience supporting project or program management activities, including tracking action items and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with multiple HRIS and ATS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication across business units.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end scheduling for interviews, on-site visits, and panel coordination across time zones.
• Prepare accurate, timely offer letters and share best practices to drive efficiency and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and HR systems; support background checks and onboarding as needed.
• Triage sensitive issues and escalate when warranted.
• Coordinate recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions.
• Develop change-management content for Talent programs and publish updates.
