Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced and dynamic client services business environment.
• Management consulting and/or Human Resources experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Talent Management: engage consultants on development needs and training opportunities; build trusted advisor relationships.
• Project Staffing: gather staffing details from Partners; anticipate capacity issues and manage expectations.
• Consultant Development and Performance Management: understand performance and development needs; participate in annual Career Review meetings.
• Data, analysis and reporting: review utilization, prepare reports and exhibits for leadership meetings; maintain HR systems.
• Oliver Wyman Development: participate in cross-team projects; promote OW values; seek broader involvement.
