Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Management & Organizational Development. You will own programs, processes, and resources to raise talent quality and report to the VP of People.

The role focuses on refining performance reviews, building playbooks, and driving data-informed improvements across the organization. With 5–8 years in talent management, you’ll lead enablement efforts, develop strategic frameworks, and collaborate with executives to implement scalable development

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in talent management and organizational development with meaningful time spent building or redesigning talent programs.
• Critical thinking: you review, assess, and define based on first principles; curiosity-led and self-directed.
• Enablement driven: you design training resources with measurable adoption and impact.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve the existing performance review cycle, including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, annual reviews, ratings, and calibration.
• Build manager guides, calibration toolkits, talking points, and FAQs to support the process at all levels.
• Partner with People Analytics to track completion rates, rating distributions, and program health.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure a high talent delivery model.
• Develop succession planning for critical roles with readiness assessments and development plans.
• Create frameworks to standardize talent conversations across business units.
• Identify retention risk frameworks and coordinate targeted interventions with stakeholders.
• Develop content libraries for HRBPs: playbooks, templates, and facilitation guides.
