AlphaGov is seeking a Talent Management & Organizational Development Consultant to bolster talent practices, leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning for a large public transportation and aviation organization.

This remote-first, project-based engagement requires stakeholder interviews, diagnostics, and implementation roadmaps, with travel as needed to client sites. Engagements depend on contract award and staffing approvals.

Qualifications

• Substantial talent-management, organizational-development, leadership-development, or workforce-planning consulting experience.
• Ability to diagnose organizational needs and translate findings into implementable people strategies and tools.
• Strong facilitation, executive communication, workshop design, and written-deliverable skills.
• Comfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator; remote-first with travel as client work requires.

AlphaGov (Casa Moon LLC d/b/a AlphaGov) delivers public-sector consulting for cities, counties, school systems, special districts, utilities, and related agencies. Our work spans talent management and organizational development, emergency management and continuity planning, housing and community development, grant administration technical assistance, research and program evaluation, and applied field operations support.

We engage experienced practitioners as project-based collaborators. Engagements are remote-first with travel as required for client and field sites. We build teams for current live pursuits.
