Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. seeks a Talent Management Specialist (Organizational Development Representative) to drive enterprise talent readiness and succession planning.

You will partner with stakeholders to strengthen leadership pipelines and enable data-driven talent decisions. The role emphasizes collaboration across sectors, data analysis, and the use of modern talent tools to advance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Talent Management or related roles OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience leading talent management processes including succession planning and performance management.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Workday succession planning and performance management functionality; experience with Eightfold or similar systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of enterprise talent management strategies focusing on succession planning and talent readiness.
  • Partner with the Manager, Talent Management to shape and mature succession management practices.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the annual Organizational Leadership Review (OLR) process with OE and Talent teams.
  • Analyze talent data and translate insights into actionable plans and executive-ready materials.
  • Promote enterprise-wide utilization of succession planning and performance management processes.
