Notion is hiring a Talent Management leader to serve as the strategic partner shaping talent programs and the operating framework for our people functions. This remote role is anchored in San Francisco with a global reach, focusing on scalable systems and AI-native approaches to talent management.

The position emphasizes partnering with senior leaders, driving programmatic execution across performance, succession, and career architecture, and aligning talent decisions with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing, scaling, and evolving talent management strategies and programs (e.g. performance, talent reviews, succession planning, career architecture).
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional change without formal authority.
• Experience translating ambiguous talent philosophies into scalable tools, frameworks, and operating mechanisms.

Responsabilités

• Act as strategic People Partner and consultative layer closest to the business.
• Drive Talent Management as the systems and programmatic engine supporting talent density and resourcing.
• Oversee People Relations as the escalation point for employee relations; support People Operations in lifecycle execution.
