Job summary

CV (Christian Vision) seeks a Talent Lead to shape and execute our global talent strategy from our Miami office. You will oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and role architecture to attract and place the right people at the right time.

Working with the Head of People Operations, you will standardize processes, build a scalable framework, and provide data-driven insights to leaders across time zones, while ensuring compliance and staying aligned with our mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational psychology is required.
  • At least 5 years in talent acquisition, workforce planning, or talent management.
  • Experience standardizing recruitment across multiple locations or regions.
  • Demonstrated workforce planning and organizational design experience.
  • Strong analytical capability and use of talent metrics to drive decisions.
  • Experience working in global, multicultural environments.
  • Knowledge of employment law fundamentals and compliance considerations.
  • Experience in nonprofit or ministry settings is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead CV’s global talent acquisition strategy across locations.
  • Standardize recruitment processes to drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Partner with hiring managers for effective, timely hiring decisions.
  • Establish structured interview, selection, and assessment methodologies.
  • Equip managers with tools and best practices for recruitment.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning including headcount forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Design and maintain a global talent framework with roles, competencies and leveling.
  • Provide data-driven workforce analytics and actionable leadership insights.
  • Collaborate with communications to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction.
  • Support succession planning and leadership pipelines with senior leadership.
  • Ensure talent practices comply with legal requirements and CV culture.
  • Collaborate across time zones, including occasional out-of-hours availability.

Job Overview

The Talent Lead is responsible for designing, aligning, and strengthening CV’s global talent strategy across talent acquisition, workforce planning, and role architecture. This role ensures that CV attracts, selects, and positions the right people in the right roles at the right time to deliver on our mission.

Working closely with the Head of People Operations, the Talent Lead will standardize and elevate recruitment processes, introduce strategic workforce planning practices, and build a clear and scalable talent framework that supports growth, stewardship, and organisational health.

This role combines strategic design with operational execution, bringing structure, alignment, and foresight to how CV hires and deploys talent globally.

Specific Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead CV’s global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and mission objectives.
  • Standardize and continuously improve recruitment processes across all locations to drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support effective, timely, and high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Establish structured interview, selection, and assessment methodologies that ensure fairness, alignment to values, and quality of hire.
  • Equip and train hiring managers with practical tools, guidance, and best practices to improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning, including headcount forecasting, capability gap analysis, and resource allocation recommendations.
  • Design and maintain a clear global talent framework, including role architecture, competencies, and leveling principles.
  • Provide data-driven insights through workforce analytics, translating metrics into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Work with the communications team to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction strategies to position CV competitively in talent markets.
  • Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Ensure all talent-related practices are compliant with legal requirements and reflect CV’s culture, values, and global operating context.
  • Collaborate within a global organisation across time zones, including occasional out-of-hours availability when required.

Skills, Experience And Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or related field is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, or Talent Management is required.
  • Experience building or standardizing recruitment processes across multiple locations or regions is desired.
  • Demonstrated experience in workforce planning and organisational design.
  • Strong analytical capability and experience using talent metrics to drive decisions.
  • Experience working in global, multicultural environments.
  • Knowledge of employment law fundamentals and compliance considerations.
  • Experience in nonprofit, missions, or ministry settings is highly valued.
