Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Summer Intern in Talent Growth & Inclusion to contribute to enterprise-level projects spanning career development, performance, learning, and leadership programs. You will work with the Talent Growth & Inclusion team, People Partners, and subject matter experts to shape real outcomes.

As a current student approaching graduation, you'll turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, build executive-ready deliverables, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree, or a graduate student, at an accredited college or university — studying Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong interest in talent development, career growth, performance, learning programs, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or change management
• Demonstrated ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly in writing
• Comfortable working with data, templates, and structured frameworks — and comfortable when none exist yet
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to track tasks, feedback, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Fluent with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and AI-enabled tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies
• Collaborative across functions and levels; curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Nice to have: prior internship, project, or coursework related to HR, learning programs, data analysis, or change initiatives

Responsibilities

• Turn a loosely defined problem into a clear plan: scope, questions, and approach
• Research, synthesize, and structure complex information for executives
• Create presentation-ready deliverables: documents, frameworks, decks, or tools
• Communicate proactively; flag blockers and share learnings
• Present work and recommendations to the team and People & Culture stakeholders
