Job summary

Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company, offers a Summer Internship for students entering their final year, delivering real-world experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

As a Talent Growth & Inclusion intern, you’ll work on enterprise projects spanning career development, learning, and leadership development, collaborating with the Talent Growth & Inclusion team, People Partners, and subject matter experts. June–August 2027, 10 weeks, pay range $20–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or graduate studies in HR, OD, business, psychology, education, or related field.
• Strong ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly in writing.
• Experience with data, templates, and structured frameworks; adaptable when none exist.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deliverables.
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Turn loosely defined problems into a clear project plan.
• Research, synthesize, and structure information for executives.
• Build presentation-ready documents, frameworks, decks, or tools.
• Communicate blockers early and share learnings.
• Present work and recommendations to the team and stakeholders.
