Job summary

Senior Care Partners PACE is seeking a Talent Experience & Recruiting Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment and own the new hire experience. You will build strong partnerships with hiring managers, source, screen, interview, and extend offers while coordinating onboarding for new staff in the healthcare space.

You will collaborate across HRIS and ATS platforms, ensure a smooth candidate journey, and support organizational growth with integrity and confidentiality in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field required.
• Four (4)+ years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, or related field required.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, and offer processes.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
• Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and onboarding platforms preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, PACE, or other regulated environments preferred.

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) offers a variety of services, with many of them provided onsite at a PACE Center. PACE is an alternative to nursing home care and - through an interdisciplinary care team (IDT) of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, therapists, van drivers, and aides - coordinates and provides preventive, primary, acute, and long-term care services, so older individuals can continue living in the community.

Minimum Working Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation, current valid Michigan driver's license and car insurance.
