Responsibilities include managing the talent portal, ensuring eligibility and timely payments, and promoting best practices to maximize opportunities and revenue for partners. Collaboration with Quality teams is key.

Qualifications

• Background in Public Relations, Marketing, Community Management, or HR.
• Experience with a contingent or freelance workforce is a major plus.
• Empathetic communicator who can build trust with a diverse remote network.
• Ability to analyze data and design campaigns to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between linguists and internal departments to improve the Talent experience.
• Manage engagement campaigns, host meetups, webinars, and community events.
• Guide talent on best practices for timely invoicing and portal usage.
• Collaborate with Quality teams to reinforce client expectations and ethics.
