Hanna Interpreting Services LLC is seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist to cultivate and maintain a premier network of independent linguists by serving as their primary Success Partner and internal advocate. The role bridges internal operations and external talent through community building, strategic support, and delivering a seamless partner experience.

The position focuses on engagement campaigns, educational initiatives, and ensuring professionals understand how to maximize opportunities

Qualifications

• Background in Public Relations, Marketing, Community Management, or HR.
• Experience working with a contingent or freelance workforce is a major plus.
• Empathetic communicator who can build trust with a diverse, remote network of professionals.
• Comfortable mastering new software platforms and explaining technical workflows to non-technical users.
• Analyze data (e.g., cancellation trends) and design positive, educational campaigns to improve outcomes without micromanaging.
• Understand the unique nature of the independent contractor relationship and how to support a workforce without crossing into employer-like control.

Responsibilities

• Talent Advocacy and Community Building: Serve as the primary liaison between our independent linguists and internal departments. Gather feedback to streamline processes and enhance the Talent experience. Design engagement campaigns to highlight our value proposition and attract/retain professionals. Plan and host meetups, webinars, and community events to network and connect partners.
