Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Director, Talent Business Partner to align business priorities with practical people strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness and performance. You will partner with senior leaders across the American luxury retail business, using data insights to drive talent initiatives, engagement, and workforce planning in a fast-paced environment.

You will also lead talent processes, organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development while coaching

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of progressive Talent/HR experience advising senior leaders.
Experience supporting retail, creative, or consumer organizations is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence effectively at all levels.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and manage competing demands.
Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.

Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Business Partnering: advise leaders using data to drive talent initiatives and advance business goals.
Organization & Workforce Planning: assess structure, headcount, roles, succession, and transitions.
Organizational Development: advise on design, change management, and productivity improvements.
Talent Acquisition: collaborate on job descriptions, assessments, and onboarding.
