Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Business Partnering: trusted advisor to senior leaders; use data analytics to identify trends and plan targeted solutions; support DEI strategies.
• Organization & Workforce Planning: assess structure, needs, capabilities, headcount, design, succession, and transitions.
• Organizational Development: design workforce strategies, change management, and programs to improve effectiveness and productivity.
• Talent Acquisition: define roles, candidate assessment, onboarding.
• Employee Relations and Performance Management: coach managers, resolve complex cases, mitigate risk.
• Engagement Effectiveness: interpret engagement insights and translate into action plans; support annual engagement activities.
