You will lead talent processes, advise on design and workforce planning, and drive performance management across departments. A strong communication style and strategic mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years of progressive experience as a Talent/HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, advising senior leaders.
• Experience supporting a retail, creative, consumer, or commercial organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Business Partnering: advise senior leaders using data to identify trends and solutions.
• Organization & Workforce Planning: assess structure, headcount, roles, and transitions.
• Organizational Development: develop workforce strategies to improve productivity.
• Talent Acquisition: partner on job descriptions, assessment, and onboarding.
• Employee Relations and Performance Management: coach managers and mitigate risk.
• Engagement Effectiveness: interpret insights and translate into action plans.
• Annual and Standard Talent Processes: lead evaluations, compensation, promotions, reviews, and training.
• Leadership and Team Development: mentor other Talent Business Partners.
