Job summary

You will collaborate with HR and department managers, design training programs, manage LMS, and promote a culture of continuous learning while ensuring compliance with safety, health, and HR requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in learning and development or corporate training.
• Knowledge of training methodologies and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify learning needs and training priorities.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs to improve employee performance.
• Coordinate training logistics including scheduling and materials.
• Facilitate structured training sessions and workshops for engaging learning experiences.
• Manage and administer learning management systems (LMS).
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the company.
• Monitor training delivery and effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Stay current with safety, health, and HR training requirements.
