Job summary

Travel may be required as projects demand. You will collaborate with hiring managers to forecast needs, optimize resource mix, and drive measurable recruiting results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent delivery for designated business units, aligning TA with business goals
• Provide strategic guidance on staffing levers and optimize resource mix
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment in coordination with Recruiting Manager and vendors
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing for upcoming pipelines and ramp-ups
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Analyze recruitment data and report performance insights to stakeholders
