Job summary

George P. Johnson Experience Marketing (GPJ) is hiring a contract Talent & Culture Associate to support our Detroit area office. The six-month contract offers potential conversion to full-time and is hybrid, requiring on-site presence at Auburn Hills location for at least two days per week.

You will oversee the employee experience and support core T&C processes with guidance. You will act as the first point of contact for employee systems, manage data updates and analytics, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Onboarding for new hires.
• Performance management support including goal setting and reviews.
• Act as a trusted resource for employees and support corporate initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Team to ensure consistency in talent programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for employee-facing talent systems (LMS, HRIS, ATS, payroll, Portal).
• Manage data updates, content management, reporting and analytics.
• Prepare and update training materials for system use.
• Review survey feedback and provide preliminary analysis and action suggestions.
• Maintain employee records with accuracy and compliance.
• Adhere to HR procedures and payroll deadlines.
• Manage level 1 employee relations, investigations and remediation with Talent leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks to minimize company exposure.
• Support office culture through recognition events and philanthropy activities.
• Assist diversity and inclusion initiatives.
