Job summary

Auberge Collection in Telluride’s Mountain Village is seeking a Talent and Culture Generalist to lead HR initiatives and support hotel teams in delivering exceptional employee experiences.

With 2+ years in a Talent and Culture role and hotel experience preferred, you will manage HR processes, payroll liaison, recruitment, visas, and employee recognition programs across the property. This salaried role offers growth and a strong service culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Talent and Culture generalist role.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the “go-to” person for the team members.
• Maintain and update HR processes and procedures, including compliance and team communications; collaborate with all department leaders to ensure policies and protocols are followed.
• Support all department leaders in procedures, payroll, staffing, communications, team concerns, and questions.
• Recruiting for all positions by placing recruitment ads on internal/external job boards and assisting in distributing candidate information and writing job offers.
• Liaise with partners for J1 visas to ensure applications are submitted properly.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update processes to maintain compliance.
• Maintain and create new team member recognition programs.

This is a salaried position ranging from $65,000-$75,000 annually.

Be the driver of talent and culture initiatives. This role is the culture steward. Ensuring a commitment to training and standards of excellence. As part of the Auberge family, you will support all team members of your hotel in providing exceptional employee experiences along their Auberge employment journey.
