Holmes Murphy & Associates in West Des Moines, IA offers a Summer 2027 HR Internship. This 10-week, onsite program provides hands-on exposure to the Talent and Culture team and a comprehensive learning experience in human resources.

You'll support the HR team, assist with talent acquisition initiatives, participate in projects across system reporting, onboarding, employee engagement, recognition, and compensation & benefits, and have opportunities to present learnings to leaders.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled or in pursuit of enrollment at a 4-year institution.
• Majors pursued by past interns include Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Health Promotion, Risk Management & Insurance, Human Resources and more.
• Prior work experience is a plus, preferably in a customer service or administrative role.

We are seeking candidates for our 2027 Summer Internship Program. We have a Human Resources Intern opportunity at our office in West Des Moines, IA. Join us for our 10-week summer program for an internship opportunity that will give you invaluable insights into the industry while you explore your own talents and interests.

No need to worry if you're unsure about insurance, our program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience that will allow you to explore the ever-changing industry.

You will
