Job summary

DeBra-Kuempel is seeking a Talent Coordinator in Cincinnati, OH to support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities.

The Talent Coordinator will use a variety of recruitment tools to help attract active and passive candidates to fill job openings in several markets.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years recruiting experience.
  • Construction/Engineering recruiting experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team orientation.
  • Professionalism and discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HRBP to post job openings in the ATS.
  • Work with managers to create accurate job descriptions for roles to fill.
  • Manage candidate records and progress within the ATS per guidelines.
  • Review job applications and conduct virtual pre-screen interviews to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Attend in-person interviews with hiring managers when requested.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Assist the HRBP with new-hire orientation and onboarding.
  • Other duties as assigned by the HRBP or Human Resources Director.

Our team offers a variety of MEP and process piping services, including design-build engineering for new construction and renovation, installation and specialty construction, maintenance, and air balancing, start-up, and energy efficiency services.

Job Summary

DeBra-Kuempel isseekingto fill a Talent Coordinator position in our Cincinnati, Ohio location.This role will support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate withHR Business Partnerto post job openings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Workwith managers to select and createaccuratejob descriptions for roles to be filled
  • Manage candidate records and progress within the ATSin accordance withcompany guidelines
  • Reviewjobapplications and conduct virtual pre-screen interviews toidentifyqualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Attend in-person interviews with hiring managers when requested.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing toidentifyand engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Assist the HRBP withnewhireorientation and onboarding
  • Other duties as assigned by the HRBP or Human Resources Director
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in Human Resourcesor a related field, preferred.
  • Extensive experience in human resources and/or recruiting may be substituted for a formal degree
  • A minimum of (2) years of Recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting within the Construction and/or Engineering industry is preferred but notrequired.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • High levelof professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Excellent Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word,OneNoteand Excel)
  • Familiarity with souring applications, including LinkedIn and Indeed.
