Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Position overview

The primary focus of this position is to support a Talent Manager and their roster of managed talent. Responsibilities include coordinating campaigns, managing administrative tasks, and liaising between talent and brands to ensure seamless campaign activation.

Essential functions
  1. Provide administrative support to the Talent Manager and talent roster, including calendar coordination and managing call sheets/notes.
  2. Arrange and coordinate travel for the Talent Manager and/or talent.
  3. Project manage partnerships from post-contract through campaign completion, including scheduling, content calendar management, shipments, and event dates.
  4. Attend and lead kickoff calls and events/set visits with talent.
  5. Update decks, presentations, and case studies; prepare and submit proposals.
  6. Input campaign details into tracking systems; collaborate with finance on invoices.
  7. Build relationships with brands and agencies to secure new business.
  8. Draft, update, and assist with contract negotiations.
  9. Show interest in talent development, contract processes, and negotiations.
  10. Manage smaller negotiations and talent’s day-to-day activities.
  11. Participate in company initiatives and pursue professional growth.

Occasional travel may be required.

Required experience
  • 2-4 years in administrative support in related fields (Talent Agency, PR, Marketing).
  • 2-4 years of project management experience.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Interest in social media and talent relationships.
Preferred experience
  • Experience in talent agency or related industry.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and traffic analysis tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite, Slack, Adobe, and other relevant tools.
