The Talent Coordinator will support high-volume and priority hiring needs during a period of growth. This role will support the recruitment lifecycle from job posting and sourcing through interviews and offer acceptance, working closely with the People Manager and hiring managers to identify, attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates across a variety of functions.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable supporting multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
