Job summary

Flyttr in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Talent Coordinator to support high-volume and priority hiring during a growth period. You will manage the recruitment lifecycle from posting to interviews and offer acceptance, partnering with the People Manager and hiring managers to attract and assess candidates across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
• Experience recruiting for scientific, manufacturing, engineering, or operations roles is preferred.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment lifecycle from job posting and sourcing through interviews and offer acceptance.
• Proactively source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, universities, and other channels.
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess experience and alignment with requirements.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records within the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.

Role Overview

The Talent Coordinator will support high-volume and priority hiring needs during a period of growth. This role will support the recruitment lifecycle from job posting and sourcing through interviews and offer acceptance, working closely with the People Manager and hiring managers to identify, attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates across a variety of functions.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable supporting multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Support the recruitment lifecycle from job posting and sourcing through interviews and offer acceptance.
• Proactively source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, universities, and other appropriate channels.
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess experience, qualifications, availability, and alignment with position requirements.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records within the applicant tracking system.

Hiring Manager Support

• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, required skills, and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.

Candidate Experience & Recruitment Operations

• Provide a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates regarding interview scheduling, status updates, and next steps.
• Maintain recruitment documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable employment requirements.
• Support improvements to recruitment processes, sourcing methods, and overall hiring efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination experience.
• Experience supporting multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced or growing organization.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
• Experience recruiting for scientific, manufacturing, engineering, technical, or operations positions is preferred.
• Experience with BambooHR, BambooHR ATS, or another applicant tracking system is preferred.
