RTX is seeking a motivated co‑op to support Talent COE initiatives across change management, learning, employee engagement, and organizational culture. The role runs January–August as a full‑time mentorship, Monday–Friday, with hands‑on enterprise talent work.

You will gain experience in change management, employee listening, program design, and cross‑functional collaboration while developing practical communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or applicable discipline and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co‑op session.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Support Talent COE activities for enterprise projects, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and developing change materials
• Assist in the design, coordination, and maintenance of learning and development programs
• Complete analysis and prepare content for employee listening initiatives such as engagement surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions
• Contribute to organizational culture and transformation efforts through research, data gathering, and drafting recommendations
• Create slide decks, summaries, and project updates
• Partner with team members on project tracking, documentation, and process improvements
• Assist with researching internal and external data and best practices for key areas of focus
• Develop or update high‑quality and visually appealing toolkits, presentations, and learning content
• Partner with Communications to develop and implement project‑related communications
• Support ad hoc talent‑related projects as needed
