Job summary

RTX is offering a Spring/Summer Co-op with the Electric Power Systems (EPS) Contracts and Business Management team. You will support Contract Administrators in Project Management Teams, coordinating with customer product teams and adhering to Standard Work processes. The role runs January–August as a full-time co-op.

You will gain exposure to cross-functional teams, customer contract support, and the contracts lifecycle, while leading small projects and learning through hands-on mentorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business or Law and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co‑op session.
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co‑op session.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and organizing Contracts Artifacts
• Compiling Audit documentation requests
• Interpreting & Managing contract documents
• Ensuring adherence to Import / Export Compliance Requirements
• Preparing and participating in the review of terms and conditions of customer agreements
