Our mission is to make recruitment and business engineering accessible to everyone by creating a unique concept around network recruitment.

We are actively looking for independent business developers / account engineers, full-time or part-time, to join our existing networks or to manage their own network.

You will benefit from personalized follow-up, role-play sessions, daily and weekly workshops, as well as our Techbytech Factory training program, to successfully carry out your activities.

We provide you with all the necessary tools to accomplish your tasks:

1. CRM / ATS (Customer Relationship Management / Application Tracking System)
2. Mailing tools

4. Google Workspace environment

Your missions will include:

1. Project follow-up in the Tech and digital field, as well as in other sectors of activity
2. Developing your client network
3. Prospecting and retaining clients
4. Qualifying positions to be filled
5. Finalizing recruitment processes in close collaboration with our Talent Coaches

Freelance or employee under umbrella company. Fees based on results, flat-rate or daily rates for freelance missions.
