Wawa, Inc. in Corporate is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Strategist to own the strategy, activation, and measurement of recruitment marketing efforts across Stores, Corporate, and the Wawa Beverage Center.

You will partner with Store Operations, Marketing, and PR to translate hiring demand into integrated campaigns and recruiter tools that strengthen the candidate experience. This role aims to strengthen candidate pipeline quality, support speed-to-fill, and ensure a cohesive candidate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, or a related marketing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience developing marketing campaigns across digital, social, paid media, career site, event, and candidate engagement channels.
• Strong working knowledge of recruitment marketing platforms, applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, analytics platforms, SEO/SEM, and programmatic advertising preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead recruitment marketing strategies that support high-volume hourly hiring, leadership recruitment, hard-to-fill roles, and priority corporate talent needs.
• Translate workforce demand and talent acquisition priorities into integrated campaigns across career site content, social media, job advertising, recruitment events, and talent community engagement, including CRM strategies, nurture campaigns, and candidate relationship marketing efforts that engage prospective candidates.
• Own recruitment marketing aspects of the careers site, including content strategy, user experience recommendations, SEO optimization, and ongoing enhancements that improve candidate conversion.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, and PR to ensure employer brand messaging, candidate communications, and market-facing content are aligned, compelling, and brand-consistent.
• Monitor external recruitment marketing trends, competitive practices, and emerging tools to identify opportunities to strengthen Wawa’s employment brand and candidate attraction strategy.
