Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver recruitment marketing plans aligned to hiring priorities and regions.
• Oversee paid media activity, budget tracking, and ROI reporting.
• Create engaging recruitment content for campaigns, careers channels, blogs and social media.
• Monitor employer reputation across platforms and coordinate improvement actions.
• Produce regular reporting on attraction sources, campaign performance and candidate conversion.
