Renters Warehouse is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead strategic sourcing, recruiting, and hiring initiatives. This role focuses on building a robust talent pipeline and aligning hiring with business growth.

The manager will guide a team of recruiters (if applicable), partner with leaders, enhance the employer brand, and ensure compliant, efficient processes across the organization. Strong communication and HRIS proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

  • Total recruitment full life cycle experience (5–8 years).
  • Leadership/management experience (2–3 years).
  • Proven experience in recruitment and sourcing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Maintain a continuous pipeline for critical or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Lead and mentor recruiters where applicable.
  • Partner with department heads to align hiring with business goals.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to optimize the budget and process.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws.

Job description

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the strategic sourcing, recruiting, and hiring initiatives of the organization. Unlike traditional recruiters who focus primarily on filling immediate vacancies, the TA Manager takes a long-term, strategic approach to building a strong talent pipeline, enhancing the employer brand, and aligning hiring practices with overall business growth goals.

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

Recruitment Strategy & Pipeline Management
  • Develop and execute robust sourcing strategies to attract high quality passive and active candidates.
  • Maintain a continuous pipeline of talent for critical, high turnover, or hard to fill roles to minimize time to fill.
  • Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of recruiters, if applicable.
  • Partner closely with department heads and executives to understand their headcount needs, define role requirements, and advise on market salary trends.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
  • Collaborate with Marketing to promote the company’s culture, mission, and values through career pages, social media, and industry events.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging interview process for all applicants, regardless of the hiring outcome.
Data Analytics & Compliance
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time to fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness, to optimize the hiring budget.
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with local, state, and federal labor laws.
