The Talent Agent Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and partnering with recruiting leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery. This role emphasizes heavy sales activity, client acquisition, and revenue growth, while also leading and developing a high-performing team.

- Sales & Business Development
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual performance standards.
- Actively campaign and target accounts, engaging in heavy outbound sales activity.
- Develop and maintain sales strategies to drive new and existing client growth.
- Qualify, acquire, service, and expand a sustainable client base.
- Obtain and negotiate terms of job orders (temporary, temp-to-hire, and full-time) with clients.
- Effectively market and present qualified STEM professionals to employers to create placements.
- Negotiate compensation and supervise placements to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
- Maximize cash-in by utilizing company sales techniques and ensuring timely collections.
- Account Management & Client Relations
- Manage all aspects of client relationships, including contract negotiation, service delivery, billing, and collections.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-oriented approaches.
- Maintain accurate client and sales activity records in OANet and other systems.
- Monitor accounts receivable, manage credit standards, and **escalate** aging accounts when necessary.
- Partner with the Recruiting Manager to align sales and recruiting strategies for optimal results.
- Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews for direct reports.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to meet and exceed productivity goals.
- Hold self and team accountable for meeting sales and performance standards.
- Foster an interactive, supportive, and developmental team culture across onsite and remote environments.
- Operational Compliance & Reporting
- Comply with all reporting requirements, company campaigns, and policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry of sales, order fulfillment, and financial activities.
- Follow corporate expense guidelines and uphold company standards for operations and collections.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience with a proven track record in sales leadership.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals in a competitive, goal-oriented environment.
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational, communication (written, verbal, digital), and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with sales, ATS, CRM, and data tracking systems; advanced computer skills required.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, in teams, and in hybrid/remote environments.
- Ability to stay focused and productive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Interact effectively with diverse individuals, including clients, candidates, and team members.
