Job summary

ADP is seeking a Talent Activation Specialist to support the TAC team in delivering consulting across talent acquisition, management, and activation. You will partner with internal HRBPs, Relationship Managers, and Sales to drive talent strategy and usage of talent tools.

Responsibilities include building relationships, coaching junior staff, and ensuring a high-quality client experience while contributing to regional initiatives and product launches related to talent tools and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Major area of concentration is HR or Technology-related.
• PHR or SPHR preferred.
• 3–5 years of directly related experience; direct experience in at least 3 talent disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class consulting for HRO clients with a focus on talent strategy and client needs.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, internal teams, and field markets.
• Coach junior associates and support onboarding and upskilling.
• Ensure a high-quality client experience and drive adoption of ADP talent products and solutions.
• Participate in regional initiatives, special projects, and product launches related to talent tools and services.
