Wonderful, a fast-growing company in the United States, is seeking its first Talent Acquisition hire in the region to lead end-to-end recruitment across functions, with a focus on tech.

You will partner with leaders, design sourcing strategies, and implement data-driven improvements to scale recruiting while ensuring exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and agency, with a bias toward action.
• Proven success hiring exceptional talent across multiple functions, with primary focus on tech roles.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excitement about helping establish and scale the company's presence in a new market.
• Fluent in local language.
