Job summary

Gaviriabusinessgroup in Los Angeles seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support client managers by handling staffing requests, tracking applicant status, and coordinating onboarding activities.

You will assist applicants with completing applications and documents, schedule orientations, arrange travel when needed, and help overcome obstacles to attendance while performing administrative duties with full support from upper management and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Willing to work during normal business hours (Monday-Friday) to achieve results.
• Customer service, recruiting, or logistics experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work with client managers to understand staffing needs and provide applicant status updates.
• Assist qualified applicants in completing carrier/client applications and submitting all required documents.
• Schedule and confirm applicants for orientation.
• Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements when needed.
• Help applicants overcome obstacles preventing them from attending orientation.
• Perform administrative and other assigned duties.
