Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 4+ years of talent acquisition experience, with 2+ years in internal recruiting within medical device/biotech/healthcare preferred.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
• Experience recruiting across technical, operations, clinical, and commercial functions, including management roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions, sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified talent within budget.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and review job descriptions.
• Manage job postings and ad allocations on social media sites, optimizing TA spend.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure viable alternatives during hiring.
