Sedron Technologies, LLC is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to work onsite in Sedro-Woolley or Bellingham, WA, Fair Oaks, IN, Casco, IL or remotely in the US. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, and technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to build sourcing strategies and maintain healthy candidate pipelines.

You will also help shape the candidate experience, coordinate with HR leadership, and support employer branding and onboarding

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for engineering, manufacturing, or technical roles.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to build sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse, iCIMS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication and ability to manage high-volume requisitions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and EEO guidelines.

Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to work onsite in Sedro-Woolley or Bellingham, WA, Fair Oaks, IN, Casco, IL or remotely in the US!

Sedron is a leading provider of circular waste management technologies for agricultural manure and municipal biosolids processing, deploying facilities across several North American regions.Since its founding in 2014, Sedron has pioneered innovative solutions, including the patented Varcor® system, to transform waste into clean water, organic fertilizer, and carbon-negative commodities. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist partners closely with hiring managers to source the best available talent for open roles across Sedron, while owning the candidate experience and protecting the company’s employer brand at every step of the hiring process. Working hand-in-hand with People & Culture, this role helps craft compelling job postings, identifies hiring needs as they emerge across departments, and keeps a clear, current internal record of every open requisition and its status.

Because we design, build, commission, andoperateour technologies, this role requires an individual who can meet the following essential functions of the position:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
  • Partner with hiring managers across all verticals to understand role requirements and build effective, timely sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for technical and skilled-trade positions, including engineers, technicians, and field operations staff
  • Forecast departmental hiring needs and develop proactive recruiting plans that support new facility launches and overall company growth
  • Represent Sedron at industry events, career fairs, and on professional networks to build employer brand and expand candidate networks
  • Coach hiring managers and interview panels on structured interviewing and selection best practices
  • Track requisition activity, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS), and report on recruiting progress
  • Negotiate offers and compensation packages in partnership with HR leadership
  • Provide guidance and coordinate work performed by contract or agency recruiters
  • Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and Sedron’s equal employment opportunity practices throughout the hiring process
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including careers page content, social media, and recruitment marketing materials
  • Assist with onboarding process improvements and new-hire experience initiatives
  • Support compensation benchmarking and market research for open and upcoming roles
  • Participate in department projects and process improvements as needed
  • Manage relationships with staffing agencies and recruiting vendors
  • Support the HR team with initial onboarding for new employees, helping ensure a smooth and engaging transition into the organization
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to build relationships, address questions or concerns, and support engagement and retention

This position allows for growth and career progression to be determined by performance, certifications, and supervisor discretion. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, or technical/industrial roles
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS certification preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Strong verbal and written communication, sound judgment and discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage a high-volume requisition load in a fast-growing, deadline-driven environment
  • Working knowledge of employment law and compliant hiring practices (EEO, ADA, and related regulations)
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners
  • Strong negotiation and offer-closing skills
  • Ability to assess technical and cultural fit for engineering, manufacturing, and corporate roles
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Compensation for this role is between $100,000 - $135,000 annually
  • This role may qualify for a discretionary bonus, recognizing outstanding contributions to team and company success
  • This role requires approximately 10-20% travel to support Sedron facilities
  • In compliance with state and local pay transparency laws, the expected compensation for this role is shared above. The range provided is Sedron’s estimate of the base compensation for this role and the final offer will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location. Compensation may be adjusted within this range to reflect regional cost-of-living differences in states where Sedron is hiring.
