Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting/sourcing experience in full life-cycle environment.
• Ability to travel independently up to 15% to various locations.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Requisition management: own all requisitions within assigned areas from posting to offer.
• Recruitment performance: meet metrics for phone screens, interviews, retention, and compliance.
• ATS & data management: maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and related systems.
• Candidate evaluation: assess qualifications via structured interviews and skill reviews.
• Stakeholder partnership: collaborate with hiring managers to meet business needs.
• Coaching & training: train managers on interviewing techniques and compliance.
• Compliance: ensure OFCCP and employment law adherence.
• Talent pipeline development: build pipelines through community, colleges, agencies.
• Creative sourcing: use social networks and targeted outreach to attract candidates.
• Continuous improvement: stay current with recruitment trends and practices.
• Adaptability: manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
